An unpaid website order may be cancelled while cancellation remains available in the customer's order page.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be processed as a standard order cancellation. Please contact customer support for assistance.
Returns
Eligibility for a return may depend on the product condition, reason for return and applicable company policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed only after the relevant return or payment review has been completed.
